The opportunity

As an Associate Consultant, you will play a major role in identifying and building relationships with key candidates in the market whilst enjoying our graduate traineeship program, which will help you develop the skills needed to be promoted to Consultant within the first year with us.

The HR recruitment market has seen incredible growth and we offer you a platform to make your mark in this market. Our graduate program will develop you with state-of-the-art training and mentoring from Associate Consultant to Consultant. As soon as you have achieved your promotion to Consultant, you will enjoy the opportunity to build your own client portfolio.
